This Privacy Policy explains how Insta-Trac, a product of RES - RFID Enabled Solutions ("RES," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit insta-trac.com (the "Site"). Insta-Trac is a productized commercial brand powered by RES RFID Solutions. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact us through the Site, for example by submitting our contact form or emailing us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email address, company, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and the third-party tools we use may automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This information helps us understand how the Site is used and keep it secure.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site and the third-party tools we use may place cookies or similar identifiers on your device. Third-party website visitor analytics. We use ZoomInfo, including its WebSights product, to understand which organizations visit the Site and to analyze visitor traffic. To provide this functionality, ZoomInfo collects and processes Site visitor data, may set cookies or identifiers, and may combine that data with information from its own sources. ZoomInfo's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy notice, available at zoominfo.com/about-zoominfo/privacy-policy. We do not use this tool to collect sensitive personal information.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request; to operate, maintain, and improve the Site; to understand our audience and measure interest in our solutions; to protect the security and integrity of the Site; and to comply with our legal obligations.

- Business transfers. If RES is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out of the visitor-analytics data sharing described in this Policy, or to exercise any other privacy right, contact us at sales@resrfid.com. Where supported, we honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. You may also manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including resrfid.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites we do not operate, and we encourage you to review their policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
